・ご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、セッションの2時間前までにお電話またはSMSでご連絡ください。
・事前のキャンセル連絡がない場合、または無断キャンセルされた場合は、施術料金の100%を請求させていただきます。

 

以下のいずれかに該当する方への施術はお断りしております。
・飲酒されている方
・風邪や高熱の症状がある方
・妊娠中の方
・医療的なリハビリや理学療法を目的とされる方
・スタッフに対して無礼、攻撃的、または失礼な態度をとる方

遅刻について
ご予約時間はお客様のために確保されたものです。

次のお客様への影響を避けるために施術時間を短縮させていただく場合があります。
到着時間によっては、施術をお断りさせていただくこともございますので、ご了承ください。

・If you need to cancel your appointment,

please call or text at least two hours before your scheduled session.
・If you do not cancel in advance or fail to show up,

you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

 

We do NOT provide services to individuals who are:
・Intoxicated
・Experiencing a cold or high fever
・Pregnant
・Seeking medical rehabilitation or physical therapy
・Rude, abrasive, or disrespectful to staff

【Late Arrivals】
Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.
Depending on how late you arrive,

the therapist will determine if there is enough time to proceed with the session.
